The individual holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has further advanced his education with a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration. He has attained the role of Lead Assessor for Quality Systems and the Business Excellence Model, showcasing his expertise in these areas.

His professional journey commenced at BHEL, where he dedicated 38 years to the power plant equipment industry, ascending from a Graduate Engineer Trainee to the Executive Director of the Trichy complex, which is recognized as BHEL's largest facility.

During a subsequent five-year period at L&T, he played a pivotal role in establishing key power business segments, including Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP), Fans, Air Preheaters, and Critical Piping. Additionally, he served as the whole-time Director of L&T Howden Pvt Ltd, a collaborative venture between L&T and Howden, further solidifying his leadership in the industry.

At present, he holds the position of leader within the operations division at Reotech, where he is responsible for overseeing various operational activities and ensuring the efficient functioning of the department.
