He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed a postgraduate program focused on the Design and Production of Thermal Power Plants. Additionally, he is a trained and certified member of an assessment team specializing in Quality Assurance (SCAMPI).

His professional journey began at BHEL, where he worked as a Product Engineer in the Recovery Boiler Division, contributing to design initiatives. With three decades of experience in the manufacturing sector and factory operations, he has successfully established various businesses.

At present, he holds the position of Head of Manufacturing at the Trichy facility, where he is responsible for managing both manufacturing operations and marketing activities.
