Reotech has designed, engineered, supplied and commissioned 150 tph 7 effect BL Evaporation plant of 100% tubular heating surfaces handling combination black liquor of hard wood and bamboo.

Plant Commissioning was seamless attaining BL production straight away in the first go run without any issues in a stable manner as committed and very much appreciated by client.

Post Commissioning, the plant is operating stably with good performance for the production demand rates on sustained basis achieving HBL Concentration of 70% plus having good condensate quality and steam economy of 6.3 plus.
